The long overdue appetizer

You know, I gotta say this blogging thing has turned out to be much harder than I thought it would be. I anticipated it would be as easy as pie (mmm pie), just snap some pics of me eating delicious food, upload, comment, and voila!

No quiet as simple.

First it involves planning the trip. But even before you get there, it's about deciding where to go. And there are so many places to see. But do you base your decision off where you'd like to visit or what foods you'd like to eat? This has become my latest predicament and admittedly, some of the most gorgeous and exotic places I'd like to go to, don't lend themselves to the purposes of my food blog.

Nonetheless, there's a nonetheless here.

Since this blog's inauguration from my brain to the world wide web (that sounded lame. who even writes "world wide web" anymore?), I have visited several places and just not gotten around to write about them. Remind me to tell you about my adventure to Long Island last year which did not happen... yes, I'm still bitter about that.
